





Rocío I. Fuenzalida Cáceres (b. 2001) Holds a Bachelor ‘s degree in Anthropology from the Universidad de Tarapacá, Arica, Chile, with a specialization in Archaeology. Her research interests include urban landscapes, historical and contemporary archaeology, and graphic expressions (art). Her undergraduate thesis, developed under the UTA research grant “Lo urbano bajo escrutinio: Miradas interdisciplinares de la ciudad”, explored the graphic landscapes of Arica, focusing on urban graffiti as a tool for social discourse. In 2024, she presented at the IX Symposium of the XXIII CNACH (Congreso Nacional de Arqueología Chilena) as a co-author of a collaborative paper (currently in press) on alternative urban landscapes in Arica. In the WAC 10 is co-organizing a session (Archaeologies of cities: critical perspectives on ancient, historical and contemporary cities) in Theme 24 and presenting 2 papers, one of them as the principal author.
She also worked for the Museo Arqueologico San Miguel de Azapa (MASMA) on the register of collections for a semester in 2023.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, and I am professionally qualified as an Anthropologist with a specialization in Archaeology (2025).
