How to Register

To register for the Congress, please fill in the online Registration Form.

First fill in the Personal Data Form and continue with registration by choosing the registration fee. During the registration process, you will receive a password. Your password is the same for all online forms (registration, accommodation, tours).

For group registration (more than 10 participants), please contact the Congress Secretariat.

The Gala Dinner is a special formal event that includes the presentation of awards that recognise the accomplishments and service of WAC members. A separate ticket must be purchased (admission is not included with the WAC-10 Registration fee).

The In-person participation registration fee includes:

  • Attending all Congress Scientific Sessions
  • Admission to the Exhibition Area
  • Congress Badge, Congress Materials
  • Admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies
  • Admission to Selected Cultural Events
  • Lunch during the Congress
  • Refreshments during the Congress
  • Mid-Congress Tour

The virtual participation registration fee includes:

  • Online access to all parts to the scientific program
  • E-book of abstracts
  • An electronically accessible overview of the program

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

Methods of Payment

Registration fees must be paid in USD by the following method:

Credit or Debit Card

For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received   Refund
before May 5, 2025: full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of 30 USD will be deducted
from May 6 to June 5, 2025: 50 % of the registration fee
from June 21, 2025: no refund

If a change or cancellation made by a participant in registration or accommodation results in a refund, WAC-10 reserves the right to charge a 30 USD handling fee.

Name change

A handling fee of 30 USD will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after June 6, 2025.

Visa Requirements

Invitation letters for visa purposes will be sent to participants who have completed the registration process.
