Jeffrey McDonald and Wayne Runyu live at the Aboriginal community of Barunga, Northern Territory. They are both Jawoyn men. Wayne is Bagala clan, and a Traditional Owner of the lands around Barunga and Beswick. Jeffry McDonald was named after his grandfather, a strong Jawoyn leader. Wayne and Jeffrey teach in the Barunga Community Archaeology Field School, run in collaboration with Flinders University.
Richard Miller is an Aboriginal Elder who lives in the Aboriginal community of Manyallaluk, Northern Territory. He is a Ngalkon man. He has a lot of experience teaching tourists and students about about Aboriginal art and culture.
Lisa Mununggurr is an artist from Elcho Island. Her language group is Djambarrpnyng and her clan is Wangurri. She learnt to paint from her grandfather.
