TABLE COMPARING WAC-10 ACCOMMODATION RATES
Help us to cover the accommodation costs of Aboriginal people and people from low-exchange-rate countries by booking with one of our conference hotels. Moreover, you will get a better rate than you can by booking directly or through Expedia.
The WAC-10 organisers, WAC Council, most key-note speakers and people from Top End Aboriginal communities will be staying at Club Tropical, which is 19 kilometres (12 miles) from the city centre, and 200 metres from Lee Point Beach. There will be free regular shuttle buses running throughout the day and night between Club Tropical, Casuarina Square shopping centre, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory and the city centre.
All other hotels are located in Darwin’s Central Business District, within walking distance of the WAC-10 venues at the CDU city campuses. The Alatai Holiday Apartments are one kilometre (a 15 minute walk) from Danala, the main conference venue.
