Everyone entering Jordan must have a valid passport that is valid for at least six months beyond the expected date of entry. Single entry visas are issued routinely at the airport for most nationalities. Multiple entry visas can also be obtained at the airport upon request. Most delegates, however, should check with the Jordanian consulate or diplomatic mission in their own country before traveling to ensure that they have all the required documents. Some airlines require visa stamp on passports even if you can get your visa directly at the port of entry. Please check your airline ahead of time.
Citizens of some countries will have to apply for their visa three months prior to the date of travel. Please check www.visitjordan.com for more information. If you require an invitation letter or assistance with your visa application through the authorities in Jordan, please email Mohammad Debajah. Please note that we can only deal with visa applications for those who are registered in the Congress.
The Congress Organising Committee, or its agents, cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a visa on time, the normal cancellation policy for registration fees and accommodation will apply.
