The main venue,\u00a0the Imadegawa and the Muromachi Campuses of Doshisha University, is located in central Kyoto next to the Kyoto lmperial Palace (which has a large public park with free access). The Imadegawa Campus is a five-minute walk from Imadegawa Stn. The buildings are older Western-style brick buildings and blend well with Kyoto\u2019s natural and urban landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference rooms will be located in two buildings, as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kambaikan:<br><\/strong>A seven-story<br>building\u00a0with a large hall for 1,000 people (Hardy Hall), a small hall (Clover Hall), and a conference room with multi-media facilities.<br>There are PC corners, relaxation spaces and medium-<br>and small-sized meeting rooms located around the main lounge. A caf\u00e9 restaurant and sky-view restaurant are located on the first and seventh floors respectively. An exhibition area displays historical remains and relics discovered during archaeological research conducted when the building was built<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ryoshinkan:<\/strong><br>A stately new building with five floors above ground and two below. More than 20 rooms with 100 \u2013 400 persons capacity are available for academic sessions, and a space of approx. 800 sq. m is available for poster sessions and displays.\u00a0A cafeteria with seating for up to 800 people can be used for lunch and tea breaks.<br>Satellite venues will described here when arrangements have been made definite.
