Members of the media covering WAC-5 will receive complimentary congress registration, including a WAC-5 program and access to all congress sessions, workshops, plenary panels, and lectures. Embassy and museum receptions and other special events may also be available to the media.
Media representatives can purchase WAC-5 lunches, including coffee and tea breaks for four days at a cost of $100. Interested parties should complete the appropriate information on the press registration form. Members of the media are responsible for providing their own hotel and travel arrangements.
Complimentary press registration is limited to two media representatives per publication. Media representatives must include a copy of their press credentials with registration.
