Special Offer
If you are not a WAC member, take advantage of becoming a WAC member and pay the membership fee of US$20, and you will automatically qualify for the discounted congress fee specifically reserved for WAC members!
Student Rate
Full time students may apply for a special discounted student rate. Simply apply to the Congress Secretariat, supplying a copy of your student card and student number. Places are limited, and it is advisable to apply for this special concession as soon as possible.

ENTITLEMENTS
Delegate
If you register as a delegate you are entitled to entry to all sessions, the exhibition, teas and coffees, lunches, the Welcome Cocktail Party, an abstract booklet, access to the published proceedings, and a congress registration kit.
Accompanying Person
If you register as an accompanying person you are entitled to entry to the Opening Ceremony, the Welcome Cocktail Party, a day tour of your choice, the Closing Plenary Session, and an accompanying person’s registration kit. Please note that the accompanying persons’ fee does not provide access to congress lunches.
Entrance to Events
Delegates and accompanying persons should collect their registration kit from the congress registration desk. The name badge will be an official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions, the exhibition, and social functions.
